We appreciate the HEROES in our community! To say “Thank You” to our local heroes, NextHome Beacon Realty has developed a Heroes Reward Program, HEROES OVER HOUSES, giving our Heroes a rebate when they buy or sell a home with one of our participating REALTORS®.

How much will I receive?
Our Buyer Heroes receive 10%-20%* of the brokerage earned commission at the time of closing when purchasing a home using one of our participating REALTORS ® . Our Seller Heroes receive a reduced listing fee when listing their home for sale with one of our participating REALTORS®.
